Foam Furniture Manufacturing
A complete service for foam furniture manufacturers
Foam furniture, such as sofas, modular sets, armchairs and furnishings for children and educational facilities, calls for precise coordination of several production processes: design, foam cutting, sewing covers and packing finished components. At ELJOT Firma we deliver this as a complete service on a B2B basis, for furniture manufacturers, private-label brands and companies looking for a stable production partner for series orders.
Offer overview
We support companies at every stage
You can start working with us at any stage, from a first idea to a ready-made pattern supplied by your design department. Our offer covers three main areas:
- Design and pattern development: we analyze your documentation or concept and prepare a product pattern before series production starts,
- Production: we cut the foam elements, sew the covers and fit them onto the finished shapes, keeping dimensions consistent from piece to piece,
- Logistics: we compress, pack and deliver finished batches to the location you specify.
Who is this service for?
Our offer is aimed at foam furniture manufacturers, private-label brands and companies fulfilling orders for preschools, daycare centers and educational facilities, as well as at manufacturers of upholstered furniture. We work on a contract and series basis: we specialize in projects with repeatable specifications, not one-off jobs.
How does cooperation work?
| Stage | What it covers? |
| 1. Analysis and quote | Agreeing the pattern, foam density and batch size. |
| 2. Foam cutting | Cutting the elements to the technical documentation. |
| 3. Sewing and fitting | Making the covers and fitting them onto the foam elements. |
| 4. Quality control | Checking the product against the order. |
| 5. Compression and packing | Preparing goods for transport. |
| 6. Warehousing and shipping | Storing the batch or arranging delivery. |
Why choose ELJOT Firma?
- we have over 20 years of experience in textile and foam production for the furniture industry,
- we offer end-to-end order handling, from design to finished product, without involving further subcontractors,
- we have a modern machine park for foam cutting and an automated fabric cutting room,
- we are flexible: we help with series orders of different sizes,
- we build relationships: we provide a dedicated project manager at every stage of cooperation.
Do you have a product you want to put into production, or are you looking for a new production base for an established brand?
Instead of coordinating a cutting room, a sewing facility and a warehouse separately, you get one partner responsible for the whole process, from the first pattern to delivery of the finished batch.
We can join a project at the design stage or take over finished series production. To start, we need a few details: the type of product, the planned volume and your documentation, if you already have it. On that basis we will assess the project and prepare a proposal for cooperation.
Planning to put foam furniture, including modular sets, into regular sales? Contact ELJOT Firma and let’s talk about the details of cooperation.
FAQ: Foam furniture manufacturing
Do you design foam furniture from scratch?
Yes. Based on the customer’s concept or documentation, we prepare patterns and samples before series production begins.
Can I order a single prototype?
We make a prototype as part of launching series production. We do not undertake single pieces without the prospect of further cooperation.
What types of foam do you use?
We work with polyurethane foams of various densities and firmnesses, selected for the application and the expected durability of the furniture.
