WHAT OUR SERVICES INCLUDE?

Comprehensive sewing services

Every stage of production — from cutting and sewing to quality control — is carried out in our own facility.
Our processes are automated, optimized and fully aligned with the requirements of upholstered furniture manufacturers.

Furniture upholstery sewing

We provide complete upholstery sewing for sofas, armchairs, corner units and other upholstered furniture. We ensure full repeatability, precise stitching and exact compliance with the client’s technical patterns and templates.

Automotive upholstery sewing

We produce automotive upholstery components such as covers, inserts, trims and other elements used in the automotive sector.

Production of textile components

We manufacture textile elements used in upholstery processes — covers, casings, cushions and internal furniture fillings. We work with a wide range of fabrics, including upholstery textiles, technical fabrics and stretch materials.

Material processing and preparation

We handle the complete preparation of materials for sewing — cutting, marking and component kitting. This process is integrated with our automated cutting room, ensuring precision, material efficiency and consistent quality.

Prototyping and small test batches

We prepare prototypes of new upholstery models as well as small pilot batches before mass production. This allows clients to verify construction, fit and material selection in a real production environment.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We have gathered the most common questions regarding our sewing services.
This section will help you quickly understand our collaboration process, capabilities and the conditions under which we carry out production orders.

What is the minimum order quantity, and how does the prototyping process work?

We handle both small pilot batches (prototype + test series) and full-scale serial production. Typically:

Prototype: prepared based on the client’s documentation (templates/CAD) or reference samples
• MOQs: determined individually per model/fabric; lower thresholds may apply for recurring orders under long-term contracts
• Once the prototype is approved, we launch serial production with strict adherence to the quality parameters confirmed during sampling

We operate in two models:

  • Customer-supplied materials – we accept fabrics and accessories according to the client’s specifications (including batch tracking)
  • Our materials – we can supply fabrics, threads and fillings (including feather/down) that meet the agreed quality standards

In both cases, we ensure full traceability of batches and detailed consumption reporting.

We conduct quality checks at every stage: after cutting, during sewing, and during the final inspection.
For serial production, we define inspection sheets with dimensional tolerances, stitch parameters and visual checklists. Upon request, we can also provide:

  • Quality reports for each batch
  • Sampling according to an agreed AQL
  • Reference photos and/or labelling that complies with the client’s internal system

Lead times depend on volume and product complexity, but after prototype approval we typically operate within 2–6 weeks for serial production.
We offer flexible shift organisation and can scale capacity for seasonal or campaign-driven projects (batch delivery schedules, weekly production slots).
Timelines are agreed in advance and updated throughout the duration of the contract.

Yes. We sign NDAs and follow a restricted-access policy for sensitive files (templates, CAD data, BOMs).
All documentation is stored in a version-controlled system, and client materials or identifiers are never used outside the scope of the agreement.
We also provide neutral packaging and labelling for white-label production.
